- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually talk to the client and make sure that I understand what he or she wants. Then I write a draft. If the client is happy with the draft, I edit it and submit it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a professional writing degree from Baylor University.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started freelance writing while I was in between jobs. I liked it so much that I decided not to get a normal job.
