For most jobs I like to give the customer an estimate before we begin work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I find out what the customer needs and come up with a solution with the customer. Then I schedule a time to do the work or assess the job if more information is needed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went through and completed an apprenticeship through the IBEW and have been a journeyman electrician since 2017.
