I reached out to Patrick to troubleshoot a loss of power to several outlets and lights in a home caused by a breaker that was tripping repeatedly. He responded quickly to my request for help on Thumbtack and was able to be at the property within the same day. The problem (a short in one of the boxes) was isolated and repaired quickly. Patrick did exceptional work - no more and no less - than exactly what was needed to solve the issue. For most jobs I like to give the customer an estimate before we begin work.

I find out what the customer needs and come up with a solution with the customer. Then I schedule a time to do the work or assess the job if more information is needed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went through and completed an apprenticeship through the IBEW and have been a journeyman electrician since 2017.
