I was worried about the wedding pictures, I gotta admit. It seemed like such a big deal, and I didn't really know anything about it, other than I knew I wanted somebody who would capture the whole width and breadth of it. I wanted to see the wedding party scrambling to get ready. I wanted to see what it really felt like, for myself and everybody else involved.
I needn't have worried... Ryan killed it.
From beginning to finish, he was totally professional, confident and experienced. It hardly felt like it took any conversation or coordination at all to get him set up to get the shots we were looking for. He was right there in the middle of things, caught a ton of brilliant candid shots that *I do not remember him even being there for*, and had them all lined up nice and neat for us afterwards - including a very sweet video sequence of the vows.
I don't know what else to say, except you can trust mister Maher with recording your special day. He does excellent work, and he's easy to work with, pretty much all you could ask for.

Ryan's photography TELLS A STORY! We had a Circus themed wedding with about 200 people. Ryan caught everyone and every photo tells a story. The rehearsed and composed photo's were amazing of course. It was the unscripted, moments he captured that keeps the story of our wedding vibrant and alive!

Ryan was excellent to work with! He had great attention to detail. He offered suggestions but also found impeccable opportunity for candid moments during my wedding shoot. We did a prenaptual set with Ryan in the spring 2019. Working with Ryan was a pleasure. Punctual, professional, light and low key but clear and confident with what he does he traveled with us and although he occasionally suggested us to do certain things and sometimes repeat them for the camera, a lot of footage was shot while we were doing whatever came to ouir minds. The set of images and videos has definitely exceeded our expectations. I am confident to recommend Ryan for anyone looking for a prenap or any other fotoshoot.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically when receiving a new inquiry ill exchange links, to make sure you are seeing my work. Its important to me that I know you appreciate photography . If you're into what you see, ill likely meetup for a coffee and take a look at some wedding albums and hopefully commit to a booking.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Photojournalism from the Rochester Institute of Technology. Years ago I had dreams of capturing that breaking news, now a days I enjoy telling your stories through my photos.
