Contacted Pest Patrol to help with an on-going illusive mole problem. They are very cost competitive, provide a generous warranty on their work, show up on time, and have proven to be very flexible given harsh weather conditions during the winter. Haven't nabbed any moles yet, they seem to have gone dormant during winter, so we suspended the effort. Will take if up the again come spring.

They did not address my problems the pests came back about 2 months later meaning they did not block all access points. They want you to have them come back monthly and pay them for each visit. I am not going to do that have owned the property for 7 years with the same tenants and only ran into this issue this year

Oh Roli... my team made it explicitly clear to you (including myself as the owner via text) that rodent issues normally require multiple follow ups to gain control. This is 100% normal and to be expected. Rodents regularly chew back into spaces in order to nest and access their old homes. This is why multiple visits are almost always required to solve these complex rodent infestations. You didn't like having to pay for multiple visits in order to solve your rodent issue, and that's ok - but no one was requiring a monthly visit from you of any sort. The rodent issue at your home came back 2 months after we were first out there, and I offered to send a technician back to check on things for our standard $95 service fee and got no response from you (you didn't want to pay for it). Then the issue persisted for another 6 months before you reached out again to us just yesterday - and I offered you the exact same thing again ($95 for a service visit), which you again did not want to pay for, so I politely recommended that you reach out to another company to help you with that issue. You have now decided to lie about our interactions and slander a tiny local company online with a 1 star review - which I fully expected, and I forgive you for. Take care, Gabe Owner Pest Patrol

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our team is fully licensed as commercial pesticide applicators. We a licensed to treat for wood destroying organisms like carpenter ants and termite (which requires a specific license). We perform annual continuing education in order to stay up to date on the latest technologies and products, keep our licenses current.
