- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer contacts us directly via Pestpatrolpdx.com or calling our office at. You can also submit a lead request here on Thumbtack. Once we get in contact with you we will discuss your pest issue, see if we're the right company for you to work with, talk through pricing and service specifics, and get you scheduled asap for a service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our team is fully licensed as commercial pesticide applicators. We a licensed to treat for wood destroying organisms like carpenter ants and termite (which requires a specific license). We perform annual continuing education in order to stay up to date on the latest technologies and products, keep our licenses current.
