Chimney cleaning experience was great. The company did a really thorough job and everything was cleaned properly. My chimney cleaning experience was way better than I expected. The technician showed up on time and got straight to work, explaining what he was doing along the way so I could follow along. He was thorough and didn’t cut corners, checking all the tricky spots I wouldn’t have even thought about. By the time he was done, the chimney looked spotless and I felt a lot safer knowing it was done right. The whole process was quick, professional, and left me feeling like I made the right call.

Had my chimney serviced recently and the experience was great from start to finish. The technician was knowledgeable and took the time to explain what needed to be done before starting any work. They cleaned everything thoroughly, checked for safety issues, and even gave a few helpful tips for keeping it in good shape. The difference was noticeable right away no more smoke smell and the fireplace works perfectly now. Really solid, professional service.

The service guy arrived very late, and only did chimney seeep but didn’t do anything with fireplace. Apparently he cleaned from top using brush and I think my main concern is that much charcoal just fell inside. I asked him about it and he said they don’t fall inside rather just go out in air. Anyways , I want to make sure job is well done and doesn’t create any other problems.
