Solved some really complicated problems with my washer. When trying to replace the gasket myself, I accidentally pulled wires out of the circuit board. He managed to figure out how to get them back in the right order. He was also able to work with the gasket I ordered, which was probably not the best one for the washer, but still compatible, after he made some adjustments.

Murzaev has helped us twice with our dryer and I’ve been very impressed with how quick he responds to my messages. I messaged him late Wednesday evening, this most recent booking, and he was at our home first thing the next morning. It’s a comfort knowing someone is available immediately when your clothes are soaking wet mid load. We have two young kids and are always drowning in laundry and sometimes it feels like we can’t catch a break. Murzaev is that break!
He is punctual down to the minute and very friendly. I had to leave for an appt today and felt confident leaving him with a key to lock up the house for me.
I came home to a working dryer and feel so relieved. So glad we found Murzaev!

We had 2 issues; oven not heating and kitchen faucet issues. Murzaev is a very talented professional who seemingly does most everything and does it well! He responded immediately and came out the next day. I will definitely hire him again and I highly recommend you do too!
