- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are based on the current market. I charge what it costs for quality work and great service and I do go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. BBPDX and client have a meeting by telephone to discuss goals and priorities of your build/renovation, budget, funding, etc. 2. BBPDX comes to client's home to do a walk-through, take measurements, and note particulars of your property and neighborhood that may present challenges. 3. BBPDX conducts an in person meeting with our client and designer to discuss your goals and needs. 4. BBPDX creates a contract for design services for consideration. 5. Client signs design agreement. 6. Designer reates a design for submission to the city for plans. 7. BBPDX creates detailed firm bid based on plans. 8. Client accepts bid, enters into contract with BBPDX. Client provides down payment per the contract. 9. BBPDX submits plan to the City. 10. BBPDX commences remodel work per the contract.
