Ivan was a pleasure to work with, responds pretty quickly and was able to phrase things in ways I could understand when describing city-permits and wait times and other things like that. For my project (sidewalk repair/replacement) he did most of the work himself, and on the occasion he had help that man was also courteous and timely. CRM was upfront and accurate with cost analysis of the project and was prompt to move the project along after the city got around to approving the work on each step. His bid was also significantly less than the other three bids I received from private contractors and almost half of what the city quoted.

I have been buying distressed property to flip and/or to keep for over 20 years. I am retired now and do most of the work myself but once in awhile I hire help to speed things up. I am a perfectionist and all my rentals are the best buildings in their neighborhoods. It's hard to find contractors that have the necessary skills and a sense of pride in the work they do. They just want to rush in, slap it together, get paid and move on.
That's why it was refreshing to meet Ivan. He came recommended and has skills in many areas. I worked out a deal where he is going to help me build a 340ft fence around a duplex I own. Of course being me this is not just any ordinary fence. It is on uneven ground and has a wavy top with a custom board pattern. The most difficult section is a 120ft straight stretch on a treed slope. He built that section straight as an arrow better than I could have done myself and that's saying a lot.
I am not an easy person to please when it comes to construction projects. Most contractors I talk to don't qualify and the ones that have the skills are in high demand and charge accordingly so I can't justify them. With Ivan the quality is exceptional, he always arrives on time which in itself is rare in this business. To me he gave a great quote for the work he is doing and he is a great listener so I get what I actually want. I am looking forward to having him help me with other aspects of the remodeling (sheet rocking, hardwood flooring, painting, hanging doors, etc.) and fixing the next property I'll buy. You won't regret having him give you a competitive quote and deliver a fabulous end result.
