- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All bids are either made with time and material calculation or lump sum bid. It will include all aspects of how the job will be completed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will work together in reviewing designs an alternative. I'll work on trying to always reach customers budget. I value customers input and concerns and will try to answer all questions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've worked and train in just about all aspects of the construction indistry.
