- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees are based on a $60/hour rate. Flat or fixed fees can be discussed
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually begin with a site visit to discuss the client's intentions for the project and for me to get measurements of the space. I then take those measurements back to the office, draft them, and provide several design options. We review from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Carnegie Mellon University and over ten years of experience working for and with architects and contractors. I study how homes can be part of a larger world ecosystem. At my own home, I'm creating a large garden, and building greenhouse and patio structures for outdoor living, remodeling my own basement and bathroom, and more. I am always learning about sustainable systems and materials to make your project the best it can be.
