- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I generally work at $30/hr for animation and illustration, however I offer a discount for long term clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For new clients, I like to meet face to face (either in person or via Skype) to discuss the details of the project. If that is not possible, then email communications discussing what the client needs and expects from me are sent until I can get an idea of the future workflow and if any contracts need to be signed. I then determine how much time the client needs from me per week and the deadline for the project. After this, we then begin working on the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BFA from the University of Maryland in Visual Arts with a concentration in Interactive Media. I am also a Masters student working on getting my MFA in Game Design.
