My name is Ryan, and I'm the owner of Rising Phoenix Construction Inc. We have over 100 years total of employee experience in sheet metal, gutters, and downspouts. With additional experience in almost all the other construction trades, we can look at your gutter situation with a holistic approach. We evaluate every home to find the best solution for you. We will not just show up and put the same thing on that you have (unless that's what you want). We generally install Aluminum to avoid rust that you get with steel gutters. In commercial applications, we can do steel and even copper. As a general practice, we use Hidden hangers that install 2" in with a screw. We can use lag screws as well. We commonly avoid nails as they don't last. Our goal is to install a system that will last and be as little maintenance as possible. We love gutter screens and after extensive research, we offer 2 types. For a less expensive option, we use Raytec real gutter cover. That is not self-cleaning but does a great job at preventing clogs. The second, and main screen we use is Premier Gutter Cover (.com). It cleans itself, doesn't clog up, and is safe to use in snow zones. We generally avoid micro mesh and gutter caps because they have major flaws but if my customer insists we will install whatever you wish. Our current gutter types are: -5k -6k -thin line fascia -double line fascia (expensive) -4k(expensive) -6" half-round(not seamless, expensive) -and others may be available depending on the style Ask us about discounts for first responders, military, and teachers! We work all over Washington and Oregon and don't generally charge for estimates. We never charge extra if you want a color option besides white, as long as our supplier has it available.
