FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Instead of focusing on gimmicks or constant sales we price our jobs at a reasonable level to provide good service. By providing a minimum job price we are willing to do small jobs other companies will not do. Our staff are highly trained and able to do complex and even scary jobs the other guys don't want to do.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contact me and we will set a time for me to come out and look at the job. Are you busy? that's fine you don't need to be there. I will show up and take the needed measurements. Once we have a job scope I will provide options for your needs. I will send an estimate of the job costs (my estimates don't normally change unless we run into wood rot behind the gutters). When you are ready to accept we can do a quick acceptance for jobs below $2,000 and for jobs over we have a simple contract. Most jobs take 1 day to complete.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been licensed in the construction trades since 2010 and have had extensive experience in multiple trades. Due to the shortage of employees we are currently focusing on gutters.
