Argen HandyPro was able to come to us pretty quickly within the request of the project. This was great. However, he left without programming our digital lock or showing us how it worked. When I went to try to use it, I had to end up taking the lock back off and figuring out, and it turns out that the lock was misaligned. So basically, we have a lock installed, but we cannot use the digital feature, because it's misaligned and installed incorrectly. So I will have to wait until I actually have time to redo this project, to be able to actually use our digital lock. Which is frustrating because I could have installed the lock myself, but didn't have the time, which is why I bid this project out. Now I'm going to have to go back and do it myself anyway, and I'm out my money. Nice enough guy, but incomplete / incorrect project.
