Introduction: My name is Stone Johnsen. I've enjoyed being a full-time portrait and event photographer for over 2 years now. Before pursuing a career in photography, I worked with kids at afterschool programs for 9 years, eventually becoming a Head Teacher and trusted keyholder at a private school here in Portland. Aside from my career in photography, I take great pride in being Portland's premier balloon artist and entertainer with my company, PDX Balloons! My goal with each portrait is to help people fall in love with themselves. I use several lenses and unique lighting techniques to capture the perfect image. Using a combination of Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop I also masterfully retouch your favorite photos, paying close attention to every detail. (See some of my before and after examples). My favorite thing about photography is meeting and connecting with such interesting people and creating beautiful art with them. Seeing and experiencing people's stories and the emotions behind the experiences makes what I do so special. I look forward to working with you to create a memory that will last a lifetime.
