- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to begin with a consultation either in person or by phone. I like to talk details, design ideas, custom pieces, and inspiration. Upon setting a date and time I provide a contract detailing what was discussed during the consultation, and request a deposit. Depending on how far out the event is, I do follow up with a client a week in advance and again 24-48 hours in advance.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a self taught henna artist with over 15 years experience. I'm also a licensed esthetician and nail tech in the state of Oregon.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Primarily bridal clients, but I've also worked with children and teens, and pregnant women as well.
