I was a bit apprehensive about trying Acupuncture. I had heard of people having excellent results from their experiences.
I found Joy an absolute pleasure. She explained everything that she was doing, prior to performing the Acupuncture. The best part was the warm welcome I received when I arrived. She talked with me, asking about my health history, and what I was expecting from my visit. I felt really good after I left, and I am looking forward to my next visit.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am an in network provider for most insurance companies and also except auto accident cases. If you're not sure if your insurance covers acupuncture, I can help you find out.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I spend about an hour and a half on the first visit and review your health history and all your concerns. During that time, I'll develop a treatment plan and let you know what to expect during your care. There's time for any questions you may have and I'll use the information I get from your exam to customize your care to your specific needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I earned a Master of Science degree in Oriental Medicine from the Traditional Chinese Medical College of Hawaii's 4 year program.
I'm licensed in Oregon and Hawaii and am nationally board certified by NCCAOM in the areas of Acupuncture, Biomedicine, Oriental Medicine, and Chinese Herbal Medicine.
