- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Initial consultation and estimates are always free. Once I understand your goals and the scope of the work, we'll agree on clear pricing from the outset.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial phone or online chat to discuss your project. If needed and depending on the project scope, I am happy to do a free onsite estimate. After meeting onsite, and if sourcing products are required, I will give you recommendations or can order products on your behalf (if I don't have them in stock). If I can't meet your needs, I will do my best to point you in the right direction!
