- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is tailored to each project’s scope and level of involvement. We offer full-service furnishings and multi-room interior design, as well as structured design sessions for smaller scopes. Most full-service furnishings projects involve a meaningful investment in both design and furnishings. Following an initial consultation, we provide a detailed proposal outlining design fees, procurement support, and next steps. We believe in clarity and transparency from the start so clients feel confident in the process.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a brief phone consultation to understand your goals, timeline, and anticipated investment. If it feels aligned, we schedule an in-home consultation to assess the space and discuss scope in greater detail. From there, we provide a tailored proposal outlining design fees, furnishings investment expectations, and project phases. Once approved, we move into concept development, sourcing, and execution. Our process is structured, collaborative, and focused on creating cohesive, thoughtfully layered interiors.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With over a decade of experience in interior design and commercial real estate, including project management and marketing, I bring both creative vision and operational expertise to each project. I studied at Heritage School of Interior Design in Portland and hold certifications in staging and window coverings, allowing us to offer custom drapery and tailored design solutions for residential and select commercial spaces.
