Introduction: My name is Samantha and I own and operate Essential Cleaning. I am determined to provide a professional (and overall positive) experience from start to finish. I'm accurate, have an eagle eye for detail, and am committed to producing quality work! My background in commercial masonry restoration and cleaning has given me a solid work ethic, as well as the tools and education to perform quality cleanings without cutting corners. I guarantee all my work, and if you aren't happy for any reason, let's talk, and I'll make it right. I'm also committed to being of service: Essential Cleaning donates time every month to clean homes for cancer patients through Cleaning For a Reason. We also donate a percentage of every transaction to carbon removal and other climate change initiatives through our payment processor, Stripe. The cleaning technique I use ensures consistency and quality. I'm always learning, and I appreciate customer feedback - I listen, and adapt where it's needed. Straight forward pricing - 2 hour minimum, rates are based on hourly ranges, up to $70 per hour, depending on the type of cleaning. No added fees.

Samantha is extremely thorough and takes great care in her work. She took the time to understand what we needed and delivered exactly that. Our house has never been cleaner. We will be hiring her for recurring cleanings. Highly recommend!

Samantha was excellent. She was friendly, very easy to communicate with, and arrived right on time. She did a fantastic job cleaning the house and was completely thorough. It is clear she has an eye for detail and puts a ton of effort into her work. She also cleaned the house with non-toxic and natural cleaning supplies, which is something I really appreciate.

We have hired Essential Cleaning for her monthly priority cleaning. We are very happy with her and the ability to customize what we need. Being able to pay for a certain amount of time instead of just getting everything done and getting the bill later is very nice for being on a budget! In addition Samantha is excellent and easy to communicate with. I feel comfortable having her in our home and letting her know the priorities for that week. My wood floors look and smell amazing! So happy!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are based on hourly rate, up to $70 per hour.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is to gather information from the customer, send an email so the customer knows "what to expect", and then collect payment. Sometimes an in person bid is necessary and I'll do that if applicable. All potential customers please visit my website to receive an estimate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked as a caulker/cleaner in commercial masonry restoration before I started cleaning houses which gives me education about chemicals and best practices. Coming from commercial (union) construction means that I have education about safety protocols, what various surfaces are made of, and what can be used to clean them. I’ve been trained to have stamina, not cut corners, and do my research before I go to a job. What this means for you is I'm predictable. You'll know what to expect, which is that I'll show up and I'll do a good job.
