Great service! Vlad came out to fix an issue with one of our downspouts. He was prompt, clear, professional, and very thorough. I won’t know for sure if the problem is fully resolved until we get some rain, but I appreciate that he encouraged me to keep him posted so he can follow up if needed. That level of care gives me confidence, and I’d definitely reach out to Vlad again for future work.
