I reached out to Vlad at approx 6pm on Saturday evening about one of my gutters that had been damaged at my rental duplex in NE Portland during a wind storm, and he met me Sunday (the next day) at 11:30am and performed the repairs that same day! All of this was done with no disruption to my tenants and for a fair price. I will definitely use Vlad again and reccomend him to others.
