Vladimir was outstanding. He reached out as soon as I posted the project and could have come and completed it that day, but I wasn't ready. He repaired and cleaned all my gutters and took pictures both before and after the work. He identified an old cracked seal on my roof that would have started leaking. he replaced it too. I will definitely use his services again.

Vladimir responded to my inquiry immediately and offered to come complete my gutter project the very next morning. I was ready to wait another week for his availability but it was so nice to have it taken care of so quickly. He cleaned and patched our gutters and also found a couple of other problem areas that urgently needed repairs, and showed me pictures of those spots so I would be sure he was not making it up :) He had several recommendations for additional maintenance but was not pushy if we didn’t want to go forward with them. I would definitely hire Vladimir again!

Vladimir did an excellent job diagnosing and repairing a leak where several other people had failed to identify the correct cause. After some window repair and gutter cleaning had failed to solve the problem, I called Vladimir for gutter repair. He thoroughly investigated the issue, found it wasn’t the gutters but a flushing seal. He was able to replace that right away and then inspected the rest of the gutters while he was at it, and did a great job cleaning the ones that needed attention. I really appreciated his attention to detail and thoroughness!
