"will install new french door and complete finishes inside and out around it." In my mind damage all around the doors on the walls and a large gap on the bottom of the door and the floor, doesn't feel like the "finishes" were completed. "will perform a good faith cleaning of the affected areas upon completion of the
project." This was partially my fault for not clarifying, I thought cleaning up an area meant cleaning up and not just throwing all of the garbage into my yard. The drywall repairs appear to have been done adequately.
