What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge by truckload.....I use a trailer...
truckload is 4x8x1.5. basically a normal 8 foot bed not over rails...trailer fits 6 truckloads..price goes down if you have multiple truckloads...
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask for a picture and ask details of where and how far I have to go to get to materials.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I wanted to make use of the equiptment I already had and try and change in careers.
