Introduction: Laura La Rumbera: Dancer and DJ, a joy to have at any special occasion. Laura’s passion for music and all things alike, began at an early age with dance training in rhythm and lyrical, child modeling/acting and performance arts. Traversed in reading music and the execution of sound including but not limited to: French Horn, Trumpet, Tuba, Clarinet, Piano, Drum Set, Congas, Timbales, Claves and Air Guitar. Laura produced an award winning Pepsi commercial that aired during the Super Bowl, and received one of the highest honors the “John Phillip Sousa Award”. The John Philip Sousa Award is an award a high school band director may award to one of his students. It is restricted to one per school per year. The award recognizes superior musicianship, dependability, loyalty, and cooperation. Laura has been featured in television series MTV’s True Life, TNT’s Leverage, FOX’s GRIMM and FOX’s So You Think You Can Dance to name a few.
