I had about three companies come out and give me an estimate. Susan was the fastest and price was fair. There was one company that was quite a bit higher than them. The other one I got the estimate was about the same. I had a very tall 40-50 feet that needed trimmed back from my house and the crew came here with about four or five people got it all cut down pretty fast they’re in and out and about two hours cleaned up after themselves and had no issues whatsoever would definitely hire this company again.

Susan and her crew did a lovely job enhancing the yard at our rental home. They installed hostas and ferns along a shady backyard strip, cleared out invasive English ivy that was creeping up a fence, cleared out invasive blackberries from another section of yard, removed weeds, refreshed the soil, pruned large bushes, and planted 8 viburnum along a slope, and so much more. The placement of the viburnum wasn't ideal, but we are working with the crew to replant them in the correct spot, and we're looking forward to seeing the final result, once weather allows for that correction. Great experience!

Sharon and her team were great! In the 3-hour window they had available, the crew did an excellent job cutting back the (native) plants in our front and back yard, pruning trees and cleaning up all of the debris. I look forward to hiring them again!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer competitive pricing for our services. We are top-notch professionals with many years of experience in all aspects of the landscaping industry. For large, multifaceted projects we work contractually with you and request a percentage of the fees upon signing and the balance to be determined as the project progresses. For smaller projects, we request payment at the conclusion of the job.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first talk on the phone, set an appointment, and meet to get related and learn about what their goals are and what they want to accomplish. We then create a plan to work together based on the customer's timeline and budget.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have two degrees from Portland Community College in Landscaping Design and Landscape Technology and have been an active Master Gardener through OSU's Extension for the past nine years and a certified permaculturist. I focus on providing native plants as one part of my planting palette. I am part of a family of seventh generation landscapers, growers and horticulturists.
