Introduction: Hello! I'm Kat. I'm a Spiritual Life Coach, Reiki Master, Intuitive Healer, and Yoga + Meditation Teacher. My soul's work is to help others connect with their personal empowerment, peace, and self-love to live life in one's highest expression. My intention as a coach, healer, and guide is to guide you back home to yourself. To help you connect to the powerful being that you are at your core, beneath the old programming, conditioning, and unhealed wounds. I’m here to help you strip away anything that is not you, so you can shine brightly as you are. My goal is to connect you to yourself, your infinite power within, and to your spiritual foundation. With these elements dialed in, you are powerful, free, liberated, and unstoppable. My unique methodology blends the combination of intuitive guidance, mindset work, energy healing, mindfulness practices, and spiritual and psychological principles to return you home to yourself. You will gain increased self-awareness and control over your mind, habitual patterns, and beliefs that are holding you back. With my unconditional love, support, and accountability, you will be completely supported as you powerfully uplevel your life in more ways than one and step into your next evolution. My reiki sessions are done remotely (through Zoom) or in person. Sessions run 90 minutes long and include energy healing + intuitive coaching afterward to discuss any insights received in regards to the client and what would best support their wellbeing, healing, and growth.
