In my four years of knowing Sarah she has helped me grow in so many ways as a friend, wife and mother! There are so many examples that I would love to share but the one that sticks out in my mind the most would be her helping me to get the control back in motherhood. I have three beautiful daughters who are full of energy! It all started three years ago, it was midnight and my two year old was still up running around the house and my infant at the time was still trying her hardest in staying up while I lay there with her on my chest rocking her back and forth trying to get her to sleep all the while the tv is blasting and Sarah and I are trying to have a conversation hahaha. I think I was mid sentence when she stood up and said "ok I've got to stop this with a straight face" she picked the little one off my chest and put her in her arms and took my middle child's hand in mid stride and gently walked them to their room. The lights were turned off and Jim Brickman started in the background. I heard some faint crying and the sweet voice of Sarah talking to the girls. Shortly after she came back into the room and said "do you hear that? This is called mommy time, your time to relax and the kids time to sleep" hahaha I was shocked! They were knocked out! We sat there for an hour or two talking about how the children need and want structure and that it's ok to stick to a schedule. In those few hours of talking I learned how to get the "strength and power" back as a mother and learned a regime for the kids that I would enforce everyday. Dinner, bath, night time show/reading, and bed by 8:30pm. I have stuck by this schedule ever since that day and now it is like clockwork! The kids are much happier when they wake up and they look forward to our bath time and relax time before bed. Sarah has given me such a confidence I myself as a mother and for that I am so thankful! This is just one of the many many things that Sarah has helped me with in my life. She is an amazing listener and advice giver. In any situation good or bad I go to her for advice. So blessed to have her in my life as a friend and sister. I know she was put here on this earth to help others and share her words of wisdom! I can't wait to see the day she is living her dream as a well known motivational speaker. She will change the lives of many. Go get em girlie!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $145 per-hour. Most sessions are via Skype or phone because most of my clients are not local. I coach people from around the world. I offer a 30 minute free consultation, and package/monthly pricing options are also available. Some clients only need a few sessions once a year, others prefer to work together on a more regular basis.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Check them out. Google them, look at their websites and social media, make sure that they are the real deal and that their philosophy is aligned with yours. Make sure they specialize in the area you are most interested in addressing in your life.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
That a good coach can help change your life in a very short period of time. My work is targeted towards helping you achieve your goals, my advice and homework will be specific to you, it requires dedication and work on your part to be successful and a good coach will always hold you accountable. But the results will come!
