Introduction: I am an action-oriented certified life coach and certified NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) coach practitioner. We will outline specific steps on how to get it, and we will build on your successes to go further than you believed. I guarantee that you will learn about yourself and come away with valuable tools for solving problems, whether it is a difficult boss, an overwhelming schedule, a troubling relationship or just an inability to move forward. I will help you ask yourself the right questions and find the best solutions. Let's turn your dreams into reality! Coaching can be face-to-face or via telephone. I am based in Portland, OR but many of my clients live elsewhere and find that the telephone is an efficient way to fit coaching into their schedules.
