My name is YounHee Lee and I'm originally from Seoul, South Korea and majored in design. I like a clean, minimal and well organized space and I like to create a system that you can find things without any frustration. I believe it's important to keep things decluttered around you so that your mind and life can be well balanced.
I have been a designer / art director for over 10 years. I've worked on the Whole Foods market interior, Pearl District apartments, and major corporation brandings. Environmental design, interior design, typography, all of it. My passion is to create comfortable and aesthetically pleasing spaces to meet individual client needs. Just met her today.(3-9-24)She responded right away,I told her I was in the middle of closing on a 1735sq ft 1998 manufactured home and nothing was definite yet.She said she wanted to see where I'm at now,to see my living space (I'm a 68 yr old bachelor living an apartment) and ask me questions. She came right over in a couple of hours!!!(It was a Saturday!).She is extremely knowledgable and helpful,and a very nice person.She listened to me and made recommendations for my new place as well as how to prepare for moving and get rid of stuff I don't need.(Sell or give away) and then she took pictures of everything for me to post on Facebook Marketplace/Offer up/Craigslist etc!!I learned ALOT.I know I have made a good decision hiring her already.She has alot of connections I need(General contractors/movers/painters/plumbers etc) and can get me discounts on my new furniture and furnishingsShe even offered to polish the wood furniture I have now (that we together decided to keep for the new place) she and will redo the old worn out handles herself!!!.She estimated what it would cost for 17 pieces of middle to upper quality furniture after we went over what I wanted.She has great money saving ideas as well as great design ideas(Inside and outside) for my potential new home.I am very impressed with her and looking forward to working with her further.

I had been thinking that I’d need a whole new kitchen, since ours was getting old and had been made from fairly cheap materials. Yeunhee provided very good advice about what to do instead, since we will likely sell in a few years and find another home for retirement. She targeted the most obvious flaws in the kitchen and described options for fixing or improving them. For each point (cabinets, countertop, window dressing, etc.) she gave a ballpark figure for the possible major and minor changes, leaving it up to me to choose what I thought best for the price. In the end, she convinced me that revitalizing the kitchen might be best, making it look better for a lower cost. I honestly hadn’t thought of doing most of the things she suggested. Extremely helpful.

We plan to sell our house 2-3 years from now and Yeunhee gave us advice on home inspection and ways to improve house value. Yeunhee was very friendly and fun to work with. She was 100% customer focused and very knowledgeable in many areas. She was very hands-on. She checked our roof and outside exterior, took wall color paint samples and went to the store with me to exactly match paint/shade, and identified what about each room did not look great. She taught me about room size vs furniture size, how to better utilize what we already have, and how to make simple changes to improve our house value. For example, she suggested that we keep the current lighting fixtures, but change the light bulbs, finding more decorative options with more appropriate brightness for specific rooms. On every point, she was willing to search for better options and then let us decide. She worked with me on this for only 2 hours and she already solved all the problems and issues that had given me trouble. She is very professional, amazing, and super-helpful.
