My name is YounHee Lee and I'm originally from Seoul, South Korea and majored in design. I like a clean, minimal and well organized space and I like to create a system that you can find things without any frustration. I believe it's important to keep things decluttered around you so that your mind and life can be well balanced.
I have been a designer / art director for over 10 years. I've worked on the Whole Foods market interior, Pearl District apartments, and major corporation brandings. Environmental design, interior design, typography, all of it. My passion is to create comfortable and aesthetically pleasing spaces to meet individual client needs. I listen to my client's stories and offer creative solutions to enhance their lifestyles.

Just met her today.(3-9-24)She responded right away,I told her I was in the middle of closing on a 1735sq ft 1998 manufactured home and nothing was definite yet.She said she wanted to see where I'm at now,to see my living space (I'm a 68 yr old bachelor living an apartment) and ask me questions. She came right over in a couple of hours!!!(It was a Saturday!).She is extremely knowledgable and helpful,and a very nice person.She listened to me and made recommendations for my new place as well as how to prepare for moving and get rid of stuff I don't need.(Sell or give away) and then she took pictures of everything for me to post on Facebook Marketplace/Offer up/Craigslist etc!!I learned ALOT.I know I have made a good decision hiring her already.She has alot of connections I need(General contractors/movers/painters/plumbers etc) and can get me discounts on my new furniture and furnishingsShe even offered to polish the wood furniture I have now (that we together decided to keep for the new place) she and will redo the old worn out handles herself!!!.She estimated what it would cost for 17 pieces of middle to upper quality furniture after we went over what I wanted.She has great money saving ideas as well as great design ideas(Inside and outside) for my potential new home.I am very impressed with her and looking forward to working with her further.

Minimal Space helped my daughter make LASTING changes to her room for the better. She helped us better use our existing space and organizing tools. For us, it was really helpful to do this room design in two stages: first declutter/organize THEN select a new design concept/buy furniture for the newly improved space. I went into this thinking 'we need way more storage' but we really just needed to declutter the toys, ect that my daughter had outgrown. She is professional and so easy to work with, and also has a wonderful sense of style and space. Highly recommend!

I've worked in the tech industry for a long time and sleeping was always one of my struggles. I knew that there was room for improvement with how my bedroom was set up and I had a few ideas but I wasn't sure what would work. So, I decided to work with Youn Hee. Very glad I did. She showed up on time and inspected my entire house. She was immediately making helpful suggestions and it was clear she knew furniture and interior design - which meant she could explain it to me simply and with clear instructions. I felt comfortable right away. To move forward, we did on/offline furniture shopping and she found quality stuff for good prices and even negotiated some of the prices down. I was overwhelmed with all the options but she knew how to cut through it all to find what worked and looked good.
It's magic. She thinks about stuff I would never consider, stuff that turns out to matter. Layout, color, shapes, sizes, textures, light, temperature and a bunch of other stuff all considered at the same time to make the room look good and do what I want/need. My bedroom is easy to fall asleep in, peaceful, comfortable, distraction free and exactly what I wanted.

I originally needed help with organization and space planning after moving our household into a multigenerational home. Youn Hee brings her design skills and her ability to organize to the project and has transformed our home into a beautiful and relaxing oasis.
