WORST moving company! Negative stars! I talked to many people at this company and all of them overpromised and under delivered. They will talk to you in circles, but never once state the truth. If you live in the PNW and moving anywhere out of state DO NOT USE THEM! They will lie to you from day one and claim they are a family owned company and they don’t use brokers and the same people picking up are the same people dropping off. So your stuff will be well taken care of! This is a LIE! PLEASE BE CAREFUL & LOOK ELSEWHWRE BEFORE YOU MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID! When the pick-up team arrives you will be shocked to know “there was an overflow of moves” and they send a broker, in Washington (where we were moving from), it was Northwest moving group! They will do a virtual tour and give you a price, which changes at pick-up. When you ask why, they say the items they see “in person” occupy more space than originally quoted. 6/25/25-the day before I was told the movers would come between 11am-1pm. Nobody shows up, I call James B. (the relocation specialist) and he says he will call dispatch! NORTHWEST MOVING GROUP——not BLVD shows up—-At 5:10PM. Tony walks in with house slippers like he just got out of bed saying he’s late because he’s coming from Seattle. First thing he asks if we have a printer. Me and my husband look at him strangely because he can clearly see our whole apartment is packed. So we say no. He then asks if he can go to our leasing office to print the contract paperwork we were supposed to sign at pick-up. We told him our leasing office closes at 5pm. He then says he would go print out the paperwork and come back. When he comes back he has an old BLVD contract For example: first 12 stairs are free and then any additional stairs is $75 fee. Tony’s contract stated first 7 stairs are free and then every additional 7 stairs were an extra fee. I told him this doesn’t say the same thing I agreed to, he said it was the same contract and I would need to pay an additional $150. Mind you we only had 16 stairs. So the fee would have been ONLY $75 (which by the way BLVD told me they would waive). However, since he was a broker and given the job last minute HE HAD NO IDEA WHAT THE HELL WAS GOING ON and what my agreement was with BLVD! He also tried to collect my pick-up payment twice. I told him I already zelle’d it the day before and showed him a confirmation on my phone and he kept insisting I need to pay it. At this point I got so frustrated and I called James, and told him I wanted to cancel. James kept saying he didn’t want me to lose the deposit and that he would reach out to dispatch. This is where I get a call from Tina from dispatch, who also wants me to reschedule and not cancel and she would send another company on Friday for pick-up. Pick-up #2- 6/27/25—THEY SENT THE SAME DAMN COMPANY! I was told it’s the same company but a different group of movers. Tina told me it would be a different company! I later found out that—-northwest moving group services all of the Washington/PDX area, so they are the only brokers used in this area! So why wasn’t I told that when I wanted to cancel! Drop off!!! Our stuff came later than we were told. When the driver finally called me, he stated he would be there on Friday. He also sent me another customers contract through text by mistake…I texted back saying my move is to Texas not Kansas. Friday came and went and nobody showed up. On Saturday, I get a text saying Prima, your driver will be there between 1-3PM. PRIMA??? I freaked out with all the things that went wrong with this company, plus the wrong contract that was sent the day before with someone else’s name on it. I reach out to James and he tells me my name has been wrong in their system this whole time. The driver finally shows up at 3:30PM again another broker company, he tells me the guy that had our stuff and was supposed to deliver on Friday quit on the spot and he was delivering our stuff as a favor for a friend. HORRIBLE MANIPULATING COMPANY!
