- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer 50-minute couples sessions for $125 and $95 for 50-minute individual sessions. We also offer a sliding scale for clients who are experiencing financial hardship.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a potential customer reaches out I always suggest we have a 15 minute free consultation call before scheduling a session. That way, the client can share more about what their goals are for coaching and we can share our approach to relational and personal coaching. The coach/client(s) relationship is a very important aspect of what we do in our sessions. Our clients come away from this call knowing that we are not only capable but compassionate.
