My massage is a mixture of myofascial release, Swedish massage, deep tissue and treatment. Swedish gymnastics stretch your muscles. Myofascial release stretches out your muscles and spreads them apart slowly to decrease sore muscles along the muscle belly. My rates are $45 per hour for a full 1 hour whole body or an area of the body. I can bring a massage chair or table to your home or business. You can call me anytime between 9:00-6:00 to get a massage either that day or that week. My massage hours are 10:00-7:00. If I am not there, please leave a message on my answering message with the days and times you are free and your phone number. If you would like a mobile massage the minimum charge is $45 per hour. If there is more than one massage for me to do the massage rates will go down. I also have unscented oils or lotions.
