Kristi has been really helpful in healing a back injury I'd recently developed. Booking an appointment was fast and easy and we talked for a while about what was going on with me before the first massage. In just three seasons I'm feeling a lot better! Kristi is very mindful and has been able to hone in on pain areas with effective techniques that leave me feeling restored, not sore. During covid, Kristi has been especially cautious and does a great job of keeping things clean and having a buffer between clients. I feel very safe visiting their office but am also looking forward to in home massages so that I don't have to travel. Highly recommended!

Christi is an awesome therapist. She listens to your needs and really helps you work out issues in your body. I work at a desk all day, and she helped me focus on those key areas affected by my work and helped relieve that tenderness and soreness.

I am back to traveling and needed a massage for tightness and a sore lower back from flying for over 4 hours. Kristi is absolutely amazing. She was able to loosen up the tightness and relieve the soreness. I would give her 10 stars if I could. The best massage ever!
