I want tutoring to be affordable for students and families looking to succeed in school.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to work right away! First, we assess what areas the student needs help in. Then, we work together to master new content. Once we are confident that the student understands what we have worked on, then we proceed onto other concepts. As this process continues, I learn more about the student's needs, how they best work, and I continually tailor my teaching method to their learning style and personality.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my Bachelor's Degree in Education and have been teaching for seven years. I have been tutoring individual students and small groups of students for ten years.
