Matt and his team did a great job. Had one minor incident, but Matt and his team took care of the issue very promptly. Matt found the issue of my possible mold source (caused by the roofers, when they did my roof). Had Matt change out the venting and perform a dry fog on the room and the side rooms.
Mat was very responsive and acted professional during the whole process. Matt is informative of the process/problem to get your answers and issues solved.

Seriously if you have a water/mold remediation and you do not hire Mold Docs to take care of you. You are hiring the wrong people.

Mold Doc helped us after a snow storm and resulting water pipe burst damage. They were quick to respond and made it out as soon as they could. We recently came out out of the recent storm with a burst water pipe at two different houses. Fortunately for us, Matt with Mild Docs helped us with both properties. We had choices for water mitigation companies and Mold Docs spent the time on the phone talking to me about the process and giving me an idea of timeline. Everyone else was just rushing to come and set their equipment down to secure the work but Matt was patient. We gave him a chance and he and his team did professional work. They were respectful with our properties and were always available to talk. Matt is also helpful when dealing with insurance companies. We would use them again if we have an issue.
