Cost for heat treatment for bed bugs is generally between $1.00 -1.30/SF Cost for odor removal is generally $.50-$1.00/SF sometimes additional pre-cleaning or removal of effected materials is necessary (urine soaked carpet/pad, damaged subfloor, moldy drywall, etc...)
