- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer discounts depending on how long I think the job will take. I have a 2 hr minimum but if it's a very quick and local job I'm willing to lower the price from what my 2 hr minimum would be.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've worked for a moving company in the past and after I got good experience I decided to start my own. I also have worked for a construction company, and have done a lot of work with my hands growing up.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
The pick up/drop off location, time frame of when the job needs to be done and any large or very heavy items.
