- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$85/hour; $45/half hour (when purchasing 1-3 lessons) $80/hour; $40/half hour (when purchasing 4 or more lessons) I accept credit/debit, cash, check, Venmo, Cash app, and Paypal.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During the introductory lesson I ask the student some questions about their musical experience and try to get a feel for what they want out of lessons, and I give them a chance to ask me any questions they may have. From there, we pick some music and exercises and get going. As we work together and I get a better idea of a student's strengths and weaknesses, the lesson plan changes accordingly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor of Music in classical guitar & composition. I'm also a working musician, playing in various bands as well as performing regularly as a solo guitarist. I'm always studying new material and working to deepen my understanding of music.
