I have had the pleasure to receive both acupuncture and massage therapy from Jessica. I have been very happy with the results over the past year of increased range of mobility, less pain, and peace of mind. I particularly enjoy the acupressure or Shiatsu based technique and deep tissue work.

I have received treatments from Jessica for 3 years and I would highly recommend her. With her treatments (acupuncture, massage, herbs, diet advice), my eczema and allergy symptoms have been greatly reduced. My migraines occur much less frequently and my stress levels have decreased. She listens well and is supportive while I am making lifestyle changes.

Jessica was very attentive to my needs and made me feel very comfortable asking questions. I saw her for acute rib pain and she alleviated my symptoms very quickly.
