Administrative services, such as billing and invoicing, mail merge and mass mailings, database creation and management, forms and template creation, website creation or updates (including WordPress sites), Internet (basic SEO) and social media services are available to anyone. Legal support services are available to attorneys and lawyers only; these include preparation of legal correspondence, pleadings and legal documents, research and investigation, writing, calendar or docket management, electronic filing of court and USPTO documents, case management, discovery, and pre-trial assistance. Certain types of document preparation services may be available to non-lawyers; this would require a consultation regarding your specific situation. Normally, my business is conducted on a virtual basis -- over the Internet, and we communicate primarily by phone and email.
