Monica does great work. She was responsive about setting up a time and did a great job. We worked on a large master closet that houses a bunch of other stuff besides clothes and had gotten out of hand. It's now edited, clean and organized.

I hired Monica twice so far to partially clean my home as well as to help me organize. The first decluttering session got me so motivated that I continued organizing later that day. I had been struggling for months after moving and needed help resituating all my things in the new house. Monica came in with such intuition and logic to find a home for all my valued items. I couldn't believe how much we got done in a two hour period. We were able completely organize my office and linen closet, plus start tackling the guest bedroom. At the end of the appointment, she even hauled away my donation pile, trash, and recycling. I feel so much better about the state of my home and can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel. I have been in such disarray with all the clutter taking over. Now I can finally BREATHE and be more at peace. She also gave me ideas for the other areas of the house that I can work on before my next organizing appointment where we will be tackling my white whale, the garage. I highly recommend hiring a professional to get your house in order. I have made so many attempts (including with the help of friends and family) to find a place for each one of my belongings that make sense and I've never been able to achieve results like this. I appreciate all her help so far in making my house actually manageable for me. Thank you Monica!

Monica shocked me. Here's how: - she responded to my inquiry within 20 minutes. - she was available for next day - she showed up at the scheduled time on the dot - she was thorough, fast, and very detailed - her rate was very reasonable and she didn't try to tack on extra charges for every tiny little thing. My experience with cleaners so far has been the opposite of all of the above. They take forever to respond, are consistently late, overlook the very details you hired them to handle, and try to Jack the price up at every opportunity. It's refreshing to find someone like Monica. I'm conflicted about recommending her for selfish reasons, as I don't want everyone else to hire her and she can rarely squeeze me in. But, she more than deserves that level of business, so I'll put my own selfishness aside. Thank you Monica, from one Neurodivergent to another!

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I typically start with and in person or video consultation to assess the space. Then we'll discuss anything that I think the space would need as far as organizing tools. Finally, we will set up a time to go through everything an organize the space!

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I am an ex pastry chef of 13 years. Working in kitchens, I learned how to keep a clean, organized work space and then, after many years, I finally was able to implement that in my home as well!

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I was diagnosed with ADHD in adulthood. Because of the executive dysfunction that adhd can cause, I used to really struggle with losing things and constantly having a messy home that made me anxious and unproductive. When my fiance (who is also neurodivergent) and I bought our house, I committed to finding systems that work for our brains, our lifestyle, and our space. Our house now stays clean daily and we know exactly where to find things and where to put them away! It sounds simple but it has been truly life changing and I can't wait to do the same for you!
