Not only in regard to the workouts we perform, but the education, analysis, homework, and well-rounded approach to the experience my clients receive at PDX Strength & Conditioning. I like that I can be a living role model and example for my clients. In so many health care and fitness programs, a lot of professionals can "talk a good talk" but there are few that continue to "walk the walk". Being able to represent my brand and provide a solid example for my clients gives me great joy!
