Introduction: For me fitness is a way of life. It is what I live and breath on a daily base. I integrate it into all parts of my life. I feel that to be a truly effective personal trainer one needs to exemplify that which they teach. I like that I get to help change people's lives for the better. Not only do I get to help change people's lives but I get to do it in a way that is both visible and measurable, which is very inspiring.

Personal training is in his blood when I don't want to work out Anthony still gets me pumped and ready to go best energy in a trainer I've ever seen. he wants to pump you up!!!!!

As someone with specific fitness goals and some physical restraints, Anthony was on the ball in customizing a work out and nutritional plan custom to my needs. He was positive, informative, professional, and pushed me to my limits while respecting my boundaries. I love the results and couldn't recommend him enough.

Great motivator. If I didn't feel like working out, he'd always get me pumped for the exercises. Really effective also, lost 15 pounds under him. Doesn't fat shame you into it, either. Pure positive reinforcement all the way. Couldn't ask for a better trainer if you can afford him. Haha

He's an excellent motivator, positive and inspiring! U will stay on track cause u wont want to disappoint him. He never asks for more than he is willing to give himself!

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I was honestly obese, I was 280 lb at 5'8". At the time I was a firefighter and I sprained my spine and tore the muscles in my back. The doctor told me that I had two options: a) Be permanently disabled or b) Be permanently in shape. That ultimatum is what led me into the health and wellness lifestyle.
