Helping people on their path to well-being is extremely rewarding. A consistent yoga practice can create greater self confidence and comfort. It strengthens the weak areas and softens the tough areas. Yoga can also create a deep sense of inner peace. When that inner peace is shared, it contributes to world peace.

I was a student of Betsy's for many years and took both private and group lessons with her. I really can't find enough good words to describe Betsy's demeanor, skill set, and professionalism. She is an amazing yoga teacher and human being. She is warm, compassionate, caring and wise. I know that my yoga practice advanced so much with her guidance. I should also add that prior to starting my practice with Betsy I suffered from chronic lower back pain (to the point where I couldn't bend over and tie my shoes). I now have been pain free for years. Betsy is gifted and a gift to any yoga studio fortunate enough to have her.

Apart from always being prepared and leading the class through asanas and sharing their benefits, what made Betsy so special for me was the way she taught yoga by example. Betsy wasy favorite yoga instructor! She is precise and detailed and so kind and good. Her classes were lived by all and when she left our studio many yogis left as well.

Betsy is one of the best yoga teachers I've ever had! She is spiritual, playful, has an incredibly sweet voice and demeanor, and teaches a wide variety of classes.
