Very impressed and appreciative. My friend that was supposed to watch my cats over winter break canceled on me after I had already left town! I contacted Tricia and she took excellent care of my two cats for almost 3 weeks. It was very convenient being able to pay with PayPal on her website since I was already out of town. I will be calling her the next time I go on vacation =)
