FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I prefer not to have a standard pricing list as there are way too many to be accurate. If someone wants to know what I charge for a headshot or a simple portrait then that is fairly easy to come up with an estimate close enough to be in the ballpark. Call me and I am sure we can work something out.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer meeting all my potential clients in person prior to working for them. A photoshoot can be a lot like a marriage. The best photos are taken when the photographer and client both agree on what is needed and how it needs to be accomplished. Not withstanding the photographer with his experience can direct the client in ways the client may not be aware of for the best ways to photograph the subject while listening to the clients desires.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Commercial Photography from MidFlorida Tech and have taken Photography at the University of Minnesota. I also have gone to The art institute of Minneapolis. I was the studio manager for the Electronic Easel of St Paul MN. We were one of the first companies to go digital in the midwest. Working for companies such as 3M, Pella Windows. Minnesota Natural Resources and many book publishing companies and catalog companies photographing products and parts.
