- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing includes ALL OF THE PHOTOS I SHOOT THAT DAY, not just a couple that turned out nice, you get EVERYTHING!! In addition, everything is edited and professionally finished when I deliver them. All the photos are delivered 2-3 weeks after we shoot, but I can rush them if needed. The photos are delivered in a digital format and can be shared with friends and family as many times as you would like! I am also flexible with shooting around the weather, considering we live in the PNW, you never know what kind of day it will be!! Each shoot is different, so please contact me for pricing!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to chat on the phone to discuss the shoot prior to meeting on our shoot day. I love to get a feel for what they would like their photos to look like, and I want my clients to be involved in the process as much as possible:) My priority is making sure they get exactly what they want!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure that you are 100% happy with the shots that were done. If you have any questions about editing, never feel bashful to ask. You should end up with beautiful photos and smiles.
