The environment of the studio is calm, soothing and personal. I have worked with clients who are recovering from injuries and are looking for exercises that are safe. If you have low back pain or tense neck and shoulders, learn movements and intentions that can help. I teach small group mat classes as well. I love what I do and believe in it.
