Introduction: Through private or semiprivate instruction, I'll help you to strengthen, lengthen and become more flexible. Learn proper alignment with emphasis on your core and become more in tune with your body as we work through fun exercises on Pilates equipment. The environment of the studio is calm, soothing and personal. I have worked with clients who are recovering from injuries and are looking for exercises that are safe. If you have low back pain or tense neck and shoulders, learn movements and intentions that can help. I teach small group mat classes as well. I love what I do and believe in it.

Elizabeth is an outstanding Pilates instructor. I started working with Elizabeth over a year ago and since then my flexibility and posture have improved. My ability to perform other exercises (like running) has improved tremendously because I am getting stronger due to Elizabeth's Pilates instruction. In every session I have had with her (which is a lot!) she is very encouraging and attentive to what my body needs. Pilates is a wonderful exercise and Elizabeth is the best instructor to guide anyone through it!

I started Pilates with Elizabeth, after ACL replacement surgery. She was great at helping me work through my recovery. It has been over a year and I'm hooked on the benefits of Pilates. I consider Elizabeth not only an excellent instructor, but friend. I would highly recommend her.
