- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a flat rate company for most service and repair. We also do free estimates for the bigger jobs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We introduce ourselves to the customer and we discuss what kind of work they want done. We then provide them with different options for any work requested so that our customers don't feel as if they have to do only one kind of repair. We let our customers choose which repair or replacement is right for them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Journeyman Plumber in Oregon and Washington State. Plumbing trade school 4 years and required continuing education every 2 years. Trained in excavation and operation of heavy equipment.
